Yes, with one account. You then have two workspaces, each with its own plan. You can keep work free and take Family at home, or the other way round. The Hub shows them side by side.
Yes. In the Hub, go to Account, My plans, and click Cancel. You keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for. Are you a consumer and has your yearly plan already renewed once? Then it stops one month after you cancel, and you get the rest back.
